Jumpin' Parker!

Arizona Videos

Mom finally got videos to upload to the blog.  So they are a little late, but here are the videos from AZ and Easter!

My contagious laugh...

My very first Easter egg hung...I found a few eggs and then took a break...

...back to hunting for eggs!

My Cousin Ollie and Me...

...on a trip to Sam's Club.  Oliver is a great host - he shares his toys AND his cheerios!

Visit to Woodstock

During my visit to Woodstock, I really liked hanging out by Grammy's pond, just being outside, taking walks with Aspen and of course hanging out with my Grandma and Grandpa Child!

One day, I went for a walk with Grammy and came back with flowers for my Mommy!  But as you can see, I was a little sad to have to give them up.  ;)

This is the dogwood tree that was planted just for me!  Now I have a tree just like my Grampy, Uncle Derek and Daddy! Lucky for me, it's just my size.

Grampy showed me his woodpile and we just had to take a picture.  This is one serious wood pile!  I wonder when I'll be big enough to help help him!?

Then Grammy and Grampy took Mommy and I to an Apple Orchard for a picnic...it was sooooo nice.

Here I am hanging out in my johnny jump up...

...and playing in the cat in the hat!  This was one of my Daddy's toys when he was little.

What a fun trip!  Aspen and I even became ok friends  :)

Thanks Grammy and Grampy, for a great visit to Woodstock!  Tell the fish I said hi!

My Woodstock Peeps

Look at all the people I got to meet while visiting Woodstock!  I soaked up all the snuggles, love and smiles.

This is Lori, my Mommy & Daddy's cousin, and her son Aiden.  It was really fun to meet them!

...and I loved touching his head.  He thought it was very funny. What a laid back guy...he just laughed and laughed.  :)

This is my Great Uncle Gene...I was pretty content just hanging out in his lap.

Here I am with my Cousin Cara...you could tell she's taken care of babies before...she knew just what I wanted.

I thought Uncle Gene's beard was very cool...

And here -  is my Great Aunt Marilyn!  I'm lovin' all this attention - can't you tell?!!

But a boy's gotta sleep....

So while everyone else was enjoying the weather, I took a snooze...

Then I met my friend Shirley, who gave me lots of cuddles...

And my Great Aunt Barbara.  Isn't she pretty?  As you can tell, I was a bit smitten with her.

And my friend Karen...she used to babysit my Daddy!  That's a pretty cool babysitter.  ;)

And my Great Aunt Peggi!  She brought me bath toys that have become a very important staple to bath time!

The I met my Great Aunt Linda and Great Uncle Jimmy...

Uncle Jimmy and I shared a beer....Okay, if you must know the truth, he drank the beer and I got the bottle.  But that's still sharing!

Thanks to everyone for coming to visit me at my Grammy and Grampy's!

Mystic Aquarium

Not only did I get to meet a bunch of really nice people during my visit to Woodstock, but I also got to meet a big Beluga Whale during our trip to Mystic Aquarium.  I was a little nervous at first when it came swimming towards me, but after the initial shock (and the realization that there WAS a piece of glass to separate us), I really liked him.  I enjoyed looking at the fish SO much that I even forgot to take a nap!

Here is my new friend, Juno

I think he's hungry...because he sure looks like he wants baby for lunch.

Then we went to watch the Sea Lion show - I was mesmerized...

And we saw the penguins...

And lots of bright colored fish...

Then there was the shark tank.  You want me to put my hand where?!  That's a shark down there!

Thanks, Mom...this Starfish has a lot less teeth.  ;)

So-long loggerhead...don't forget to write!

We ended the day with a fish dinner by the water...

Ben and Sam's Wedding

Last weekend, we traveled to NY to experience my very first wedding. Congratulations Ben and Sam!  It was beautiful!  Not only did I get to enjoy the wedding, but we got to spend the weekend in the Hudson Valley.  We visited FDR's house, his library and went for a walk on the Walkway over the Hudson.

Here is my dapper outfit and bling for the welcome dinner...

My Mom and I living it up on the dance floor....her dance moves obviously scare me.

Grammy showing me some of her dance movies...

Mom and I in FDR's back yard....

Happy Mother's Day!

Yesterday was my Mommy's first Mother's Day!

We were visiting NY for a wedding, so we spent the day sightseeing.  Here I am on the Walkway over the Hudson River.

Before sightseeing, I gave my Mommy a present and I even helped her open it.  Grandma and Grandpa Child also got her presents!  She must be a very special Mommy.  ;)

And...Grandpa Nielsen helped me hide a present in her suitcase before leaving Arizona!  I'm sooo tricky.  And Grandma Nielsen sent her a present too!  She is one lucky Mommy to get such thoughtful gifts from everybody!!!

I gave Grandma Child a card, but she wanted to open it instead of chew on it with me.  Silly Grandma. :)

My Mom and I had a great Mother's Day together...but we miss Daddy...   :(

Can't wait to see you in 5 weeks, Daddy!
